Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
• Plan and manage the monthly content calendar.
• Create and coordinate content including reels, posts, stories, videos, carousels, and patient education content.
• Develop engaging content around cancer awareness, treatment, patient experiences, and healthcare education.
• Work closely with doctors, oncologists, nurses, and the clinical team to create medically accurate content.
• Manage day-to-day social media publishing and community engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.

• Manage centre staff, attendance, schedules, shifts, and day-to-day responsibilities.
• Ensure the centre is adequately staffed and operational at all times.
• Monitor patient experience and resolve operational concerns promptly.

Requirements

• Graduate / MBA / PG in Healthcare or Hospital Administration preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare operations.
• Prior experience managing a hospital, oncology centre, chemotherapy day-care, clinic, or diagnostic centre is preferred.
• Experience in cancer care / oncology is strongly preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or centre-management role preferred.
